John Lee Ziegler often played with spoon player Rufus Jones. In 1978 John Lee Ziegler was recorded by George Mitchell and in the 1990s by the Music Maker Foundation. May 2008, John Lee Ziegler passed away in Kathleen, Georgia after declining health issues.
